Our collaborative study with Drs. Sieber, Liebler, Burgess, Chen and their group members on the integrative proteogenomic analysis of colorectal cancer cell lines and human tumors has been published in Gastroenterology in a paper entitled Colorectal cancer cell line proteomes are representative of primary tumors and predict drug sensitivity.
